Do you get enough sleep? With so much homework it’s often difficult for students to get enough rest. Sleep keeps you healthy and it stops you getting fat. Teers usually need more than nine hours of sleep ry day.

A group of American scientists did a survey of kids aged between 8 and 13. The study found that if kids slept for just one more hour each day, the chance of their getting fat was cut by about 30 percent.
