这本《高中英语洞穿词汇》是根据高考大纲和试题编写的，涉及很多单词考点，单词量有4000+。所有词按照测试频率分为：高频词、中频词、低频词、零频词、简单词。其中重点单词(高频词、中频词、低频词)每个都带了2~7个用法(例句和短语形式)，有重点还有考点，再也不用担心单词太多背不完或者背完不会用了。

高三英语115分，要背哪本单词书，能提分？我的可能比较直接，这个分数段用背单词的方法，只能稳定分数，没法提分。现在高三刚刚开学，月考试卷的难度值还没有达到高三的平均值，所以提问者实际做高考模拟卷的水平，可能会下浮到100多分。

高中英语3500词能做到“看到单词就条件反射说出中文意思的熟练度”，做高考模拟卷的分数，通常会在80~110分之间。能考到100多分，说明这个同学单词的掌握情况还是挺好的。

但是，分数卡在这个区间之内，认为还要背单词。说明这个同学知道高中英语是考理解的，看得懂就能拿到分数。但是，他并不知道，高中英语除了背单词以外还要背词组短语。

而且还出现了词组短语的高级考法：2-3个短语的嵌套、短语的拆分倒装、名词性短语和定语从句结合考、词组短语的形容词化和名词化，等。

超过半数以上的词组短语，字面意思和实际意思区别很大。没有背过词组短语的同学，根本无法从句子中区分单词和短语。当你误把某个短语当成单词去理解的时候，就会理解错误造成丢分。

高中3500词的词组短语和固定用法非常多，有几万个，全部背下来非常难，而且整理也要非常多的时间，需要进行过滤筛选，尽可能保住可能会考的部分， 剔除掉不大可能考的部分，高三的同学很难自己搞定。

这方面做的比较好的是《高中英语1.5万考点》，对高考中出现的词组短语和固定用法，连续10多年保持98%左右的覆盖率。作者的思路是将2300页的《牛津高阶词典》里面高考可能考的词组短语提取出来，再进行过滤筛选，压缩整理成72页的记忆笔记。然后，再通过高考真题验证命中率，每年公开发布命中率分析报告。

以这样的命中率为前提，能够记住50%以上的词组短语，就有很大的概率能够考到130分以上，记住的比例越高，分数就越高。同时背词组短语的过程，也是对高中重点单词的巩固和记忆，因为词组短语是由单词构成的。通过对科 目 所有考高考科目单词用法的记忆，也有助于我们对单词本身意义的加深理解。
