⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成习惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。

⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。

2．帮助孩子养成用英语的习惯。

二、本学期工作存在的不足及改进方法：

1.对学生实验没有给学生及时做。由于实验室仪器品不够齐全，平时时间较紧等各种因素导致学生实验没有给学生做，这是以后必须要改正的，化学是一门是实验为基础的科学，实验不仅加强学生学习的兴趣也是培养学生科学素养动手能力的一个途径，在化学上实验是尤为重要的，以后一定克服各种因素及时做实验。 2.对学生的管理监督不够，由于两个班中很多学生的学习态度自控能力比较，没有老师的.监督很多学习任务不按时完成，作业不按时交，这样一来必然影响学生的学习。因此以后要加大对学生的管理，对于学生不正确的行为及时给予指正，学生的不良行为如果不及时改正养成不良习惯就很难改正。

3.对基础薄弱的学生课下辅导不够。由于很对学生基础薄弱，不仅学习态度不积极学习起来也比较吃力，对于这样的后进生首先在思想上要端正态度，然后有课后的辅导才能跟上教学进度。下学期要重视对后进生的辅导，另外要鼓励学生主动和老师沟通，不会的问题及时问老师，基础薄弱的学生作业直接面批改正等措施，想办法让所有学生都能跟上教学进度。

4.注意基础较好的学生和基础较学生上课的区别，备课时认真备学生，因材施教，保证每节课每个学生都有所收获，都能参与到教学过程中来，特别是基础薄弱的要提高参与度，提高学生学好化学的信心。

5.这学期教研方面还要加强，要坚持写教学反思教学笔记，积极思
