大概一年半以前，我参加了生平次演讲比赛。站在麦克风前，面对观众们期待的眼神，我竟紧张的说不出话来。那一刻，我是多么无助啊！

我对于英语的挚爱从未改变，但却从此失去了面对公众演讲的勇气。当老鼓励我参加希望英语风采大赛时，我拒绝了。他直视我的眼睛，说了一番令我终身难忘的话。“你瞧，”他说，“我们都有自己的恐惧。你可能会在一场篮球比赛中扭脚，并从此害怕再打球。你只能用行动去克服自己的.恐惧，逃避是没有用的。生活中的成功者往往是放弃的人。”

我花了一整天时间思考他的话。 然后，我做出了一个勇敢而明智的决定： 我要参加第五届“希望之星”英语风采大赛！

老是对的。我发挥出了自己的水平，一路杀进了全国总决赛。此时此刻，当我再一次站在了麦克风前，仍然心跳不止，但更重要的是，我终于能够勇敢地面对我的恐惧了，而这已足够了。

My unforgettable experiences

I’m glad to be here to share one of my unforgettable experiences with you.

Once， we were practicing a dialogue. Sral pairs had done it well. When I asked two students to do it , but one failed in talking. I was surprised, because she is a not bad girl. I thought she could do it well, although she didn’t raised her hand.

Why Her face became red and she was so shy. I think it’s very common that a student feels nervous in class. English is a foreign language. Our students are only beginners. Everyone may hetroubles in talking. It’s not a serious problem. The most important is what can we do when they feel nervous.

I also realized that she was nervous because she joined the class just a week ago. What should I do? I iled to her and said,＂Don’t be nervous, I beli you can do it well. Just he a try. ＂But she still kept in silence. I had to let her sit down, but I said to her with a ile on my face, “Listen carefully and later try it again, OK? ” She iled ,too. After another two dialogues , she raised her hand confidently. Did she do a good job? Of course!

Since then, she’s nr nervous in class and seldom fails in talking. I think , as a student, she’s successful. As a teacher, I’m successful , too.

What’s more,I often say to my students, “In my class, don’t be nervous. Just try your best to express yourselves ,just to speak English loudly , right or false is not the most important, courage and confidence is the most important! Beli you’ll do better and better! ” I think my words can my students keep confident. Let students to be your friends, let them study in the happy time not in nervous ry day, please. Do you think so?

英语比赛作文1 十二月二十二号,我和五个同学一起来到四眼碶中学参加英语比赛.

这次英语讲故事比赛真有意思。

我们是第三个表演,原本非常自信,可看了前两个表演后,顿时,成了一个个泄了气的气球。就说第二个表演吧，他们演的是英文的“三打白骨精”。内容很多，也非常幽默，原本书中写的是悟空外出时，唐僧等人在原地休息，而表演的的同学们却改编成了在原地打扑克。这让全场的评委老师和同学都笑了起来。我们也哈哈大笑。不一会儿就到我们了。

我看了接下来的表演，有的表演《狐狸偷肉》，有人表演《小红帽》，还有人表演《狐虎威》等经典的故事，我觉得我们多只能拿一名，所以在心里下定了决心要好好学习英语，成为英语小能手。

星期四，我格外兴奋，因为下午我们要去进行英语话剧比赛。

中午，我迅速吃完饭，和同学们一起去老师的办公室化妆。1：30我们乘坐大巴士出发了，我有一丝紧张，但又有一丝兴奋。终于到南化四小了，我们先到会议室准备。到我们了，我们走进比赛场地，不知怎么了，我突然有一句台词忘记了，刚准备问刘安桐，可就在这时，音乐却响起来了。怎么办，这次英语话剧可是由储老师和王老师排练了一个月的啊！不能因为我一个人……此时我的是心情十分焦急，眼看就要到那一句了，我站在台上仿佛马上就要晕倒一样，我多么希望时间能停留下来，让我重新看看稿子……What about you，Kate？到我了，台下所有人都看着我，不知怎么了，我又行云流水地把那句话说了出来。此时，我的心情如吃了槐花蜜一样香甜，心里的那块大石头终于放了下来，我的好心情又回来了！表演完了，台下的掌声经久不息。那天，站在台上，我笑得十分灿烂！

每个人只能看到别人成功的喜悦，却永远也体会不到成功背后的辛酸！

今天早晨七点钟，我就起床了。上午，我要去参加“苏报杯”。

八点一刻，我来到了地点——胥江实验中学。我很快就找到了我的考场。我到考场的时候，很多人都来了。我先签到，然后就去找座位了。我发现我们的座位竟然是可以随便坐的。我找了一个靠边的位子，坐下等待的开始。

响了，监考的志愿者把试卷和草稿纸发给了我们。我拿到试卷后，先审题。这次一共要写两篇文章，篇是看图写对话，要求不少于八句话。我很快就写完了。

第二篇文章是让我们谈谈我们理想中的周末，120个词左右。正好类似的文章我前几天就写过，我的印象还很深刻。我写完后，时间还很多，我就数了数我的词数，一共167个。接着，我检查了一下我的单词有没有拼错，有没有语法错误。

九点半到了，我就交了卷子，离开了考场。

今天晚上，霄霄哥哥一进家门就提议道：“我们举行一场英语比赛吧！”我和洋洋哥哥也不甘落后，异口同声的说：“比就比。”

妈妈为我们设定了比赛规则：比赛分为笔试和口试。名三元钱，第二名二元钱，第三名一元钱。霄霄哥哥兴致高涨，迫不及待地想看看题目。我胸有成竹地坐在沙发上看书。洋洋哥哥听了心里直打鼓。比赛开始了，霄霄哥哥侧着身子，把“卷子”放在桌子底下，以免被洋洋哥哥偷看。洋洋哥哥在一旁抓耳挠腮，眼睛不时地瞟一眼霄霄的“卷子”。我躲在一个房间里飞快的做完了自己的题目。我忐忑不安地拿给妈妈改分，心像小兔子一样“碰碰”直跳。我的分数出来了，是九十五分，这是因为粗心的我把Tuesday写成Tuseday了。虽然如此，我还是松了口气。因为两个哥哥成绩都没我好。口试的时候所有的题目都很简单，大家全得了满分。于是我得了名。我高兴得眉开眼笑，身体里的“小白兔”好像也在为我高兴呢！

啊！这真是一场充满紧张和快乐的英语比赛。

先是五年级比赛，之后依次往下。轮到我了。站到台上的时候，我的双腿有些发抖，翻开书读时，句读错了，我赶紧改进。为了不让自己再读错，我让自己的心冷静下来。双腿也不再抖得那么厉害了。我讲的故事是《爱唱歌的鸟，内容是有一只爱唱歌的鸟，国王把它关进笼子里，给它美味的食物，可它就是不唱。国王把它放走了，她又像以前那样唱歌了。现在所有人都很高兴。讲完了，我走，回到自己的座位上。有一个女孩跟我的故事一样，她很有感情把它背诵了出来，还做着动作。我是读的，有一点感情，没有做动作。我心想，下次讲故事要背下来，要有感情和动作。

英语比赛作文6

比赛开始。首先，是两位主持人一番简短的介绍，然后选手开始挨个儿上台。每个人都有一份课件，上面是演讲内容，选手要流畅地背出稿子，才能得高分。他们一口流利的英语，听得我云里雾里。我不由得感叹道，这就是距啊！不过根据课件上的英文，我还是认出了一些单词。

选手的情况也不同：有的一口英语说得头头是道，听得人一愣一愣的；有的上了台过于紧张，忘了词，又下来整理整理思绪再上台；也有的背得不错，却出了一点小插曲的……可谓是千姿百态。

选手们讲的内容各不相同：有的流畅地讲了那些经典的故事；有的介绍了自己喜欢的动物或东西；还有的讲了自己从一句话或者一件事中感悟的道理……内容各不相同。
