我觉得这个不是学什么好的问题，而是要根据你申请的学校来定。你要是申请的学校要求你考托福，就需要全力学习托福，如果要求，就需要学习雅思。

去美国留学考托福好，去英联邦考雅思好。虽然美国现在很多学校也承认，但去美国要是提供就会要求的分数高些。

美国留学当然是托福好。托福的话我建议去新东方，比较实在。雅思的话新东方也还可以，另外可以考虑新航道。
