读完《致加西亚的信》，我并没有想象中的澎湃，感慨万分，因为书中所表达的精神我都懂，也经常经意不经意地这样做，于是它对我来说只不过是将这种精神明朗化，系统化，并辅以例子为佐证，让我感触较深的不是书的内容，也不是书中提倡的精神，而是读书的人。服从本是下属该做的事，最基本的做人道理，就像子女要赡养父母，吃完饭要洗碗一样天经地义的事，却要值得如此大力的推行，竟有如此多的读者，从侧面说明了这是一个的人性问题，如果从这一点来说倒是让我感慨万分了。
