具体评判打分标准如In my opinion, we can receive a better education at college so that we can serve our motherland.下：

高考英语正式评卷：首先双评同一份卷子，当然阅卷老师不知道面前的卷子是否已阅，分数多少。如果两人所给分的误控制在3分内为良好，取两者的平均分为作文最终得分；若误3分以外，则需三评甚至四评；若自己给的分与其它两位或三位老师给的分有明显距，则电脑将你的判卷作为无效卷。

根据往年的评分标准，只要能紧扣主题，覆盖所有要点，内容较充实，语言有少量错误，但基本不影响意思表达，就可得16-18分。可是有的考生水平不错，但作文分可能比自己预估的要低，原因就在于审题不清，遗漏多处要点。作文评分细则把整篇文章分为两个部分六个要点，每个部分三个要点，这些要点并不都是作文题目直接给出的，有的需要自己提炼总结。很多学生没有看出，作文虽然话题是陈题，但半开放的题型给学生设置了一些障碍，比如，在第二部分中，评分细则要求必须要有主题句，必须要有对学校英语教学的建议至少2点，学生的错误有两种：一、没有主题句，扣3分；二、建议不是对学校英语教学的建议，而写成了对学生学习英语的建议，扣6分；有，我是大一的，去年的就有呀！！！一般是80-120，但不能超过150，自己好好把握吧，不要太多了哟1！！！三、完全没有写到对学校的建议，扣10分。从这些分数设置可以看出，审题不清、要点缺漏会导致严厉的扣分，这是在以前的封闭式作文中几乎不会遇到的问题，我们应该顺应形势，加强对学生审题，提炼要点的训练，以确保作文不会“走题”而影响英语成绩。
