首先，晒晒我家小猪的情况：从文化课来讲，三门学科中，语文，数学次之，英语再次。我奉行的是快乐童年，快乐教育，因此，除六年级上了十一培训班外，小猪基本都是在家辅导（是教物理的中学老师），没有参加过其他培训班；数学是在六年级寒上过奥数网杨付光老师的十六次课，平时都是结合课本的知识，在家做做奥数题；英语听过一年的新概念英语，册基本学完，没有参加公英考试。在校学习成绩挺好，连续三年区级三好学生，十一培训学校的学员。我家小猪考上了十一学校直升实验班（单免），是我们的目标学校，回顾过去的这几个月，也有一些心得体会，说出来希望对明年的家长有些价值。

1、对自己的孩子要有清醒的综合评价，认清孩子在总体中的水平。许多好孩子的家长总是觉得自己的孩子秀，当被某个学校拒掉的时候，总是觉得里面有黑幕等等。其实在这样的，条子生肯定会有。我跟我家孩子说“猫有猫道，鼠有鼠道”，你只能在自己这个道上努力，咱们没关系，那么就只能凭自己的努力，至于人家有关系的，咱们也不必愤愤不平。而且，的孩子太多了，俗话说，天外有天，人外有人，所以要正确评价自己的孩子。此外，里经常看到这句话：“是金子总会发亮的”，由此我们可以推出，其实金子也有不发亮的时候，所以也有不被发现的可能了，呵呵，开个玩笑。

2、根据孩子的水平，选择目标学校。我觉得根据孩子的水平，选择2所目标学校较为合适，最多不要超过3所。在众多学校里，十一学校比较看重综合能力，不是只强调奥数，我欣赏她的教育理念（这点我下面再说），而且十一学校既有普通班，又有实验班，所以，我们只选择了十一这一所学校。我想，凭我家小猪的能力，考上普通班肯定没问题，发挥正常的话有可能上实验班。实际上，在这一过程中，我希望能通过关系进到实验班，可是找到的关系给我的话是，如果考不上实验班，就没有那个能力，上了实验班也是受罪，还不如在普通班呢，所以我认定，考上实验班更好，如果考不上就上普通班了。当然，像我这样只选择一所的，还是有危险的，万一考不上的话，就只能参加派位了。所以别的家长要慎重。有的家长为孩子定了许多目标校，带着孩子频繁赶场，家长和孩子都疲惫不堪。多参加几个学校考试，确实可以积累经验，但是凡事有利也有弊，在赶场这种状态下，就连大人都难免心浮气躁，更别说个孩子了，更何况考试结果有好有坏，录取了高兴，没录取失望，没消息焦躁，短时间内大起大落，我觉得对孩子的成长没有好处。

有压力是好事，但是如果超过了年龄所能承受的，那么可能就适得其反了，甚至可能会扭曲孩子的心理。我觉得奥数网上“家长们要随时看手机！十一学校从今天开始通知录取！”帖子中RRQ写的很好，现在的小升初就像传销一样，许多家长就像传销员一样失去判断的能力。其实，小升初考的是孩子，但是也是家长之间的较量。家长起的是导航的作用，无论在什么环境下，家长都要坚定自己的信念，不能被周围的环境左右自己，也不能怨天尤人。其实小升初的现状，也有家长炒作的原因，什么学校都想试，没打算去的也要考考，何必呢？一个孩子报好几个校，只能选择一所，可是弄的表面现象却是每个学校都有好多学校报名。

3、我选择十一的原因，一是它的硬件条件好；另一个就是我欣赏它的教育理念。有的家长说，如果掏钱上实验班，就不上了，我不认可。十一学校的图书馆、天文馆、优美的校园等等，对孩子的成长肯定会有好处的，实际上，有些东西的影响是潜移默化的（“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”就是这个意思吧）。十一重视学生的综合能力，重视学生的长远发展，据说初中有一门课是古代文学（具体名字是★ 高中英语作文介绍学校带翻译什么不太清楚），我觉得从这一点来看，十一是有一定眼光的，并没有跟随大流，人云亦云。现在的教育情况是过分强调数学和英语，其实我认为语文也很重要。我是个博士，我小时候听到的都是“学好数理化，走遍天下”之类的，我的数学一直不错，很长时间都认为语文没什么用处。

4、关于上培训班的问题。我们只上了十一的培训班，所以就说说十一培训班吧。有一部分131（学员）的孩子没有得到考取奖学金的资格（其中部分因为没有参加5月7日活动），很多家长不理解。我是这样想的，实验班只有270个名额，如果大部分都从培训班中的131里来另加建华20个，实际共151名，那么对其他考生而言，就又失去了公平性。进入到学员里来，只能说明考入实验班的几率很大。实际上，对于131名学生来讲，学校已经做了多次考察，4月15日考试，5月7日活动，5月12日填表，因此，学校可以大体上正确判定这131名学生：特别的，直接给奖学金（极少数）；比较的，再给次考试机会，没有太大的偏，就会进实验班；不很的或三心二意的，普通班。而对于考生，只有5月12日一次机会。

我想在培训班里这么多次的考察，都没有入选实验班，那么即使参加5月19日考试，结果可能还是选不上。另外补充一句，就我的孩子这一个体来看，十一没有根据家距学校的远近来选择单双免，我们离十一很近，而且当时我们双免、单免、收费都选了，通知我们是单免。
