所谓“文体”，是指《考试说明》所说的记叙文、议论文、说明文以及常用应用文等文章体裁。“符合文体要求”，首先是指符合试题规定的文体要求，其次是指所写文章符合考生自己选定的文体要求。

【策略解读】

1、符合文体要求。首先是指符合试题规定的文体要求。高考作文要求写记叙文、议论文、说明文和应用文四大类文体。试题，或是指定某种文体，如“写一篇议论文”“写一封回信”;或是排除写某种文体，如“不可写成诗歌、、戏剧”。如果是指定文体，考生不能随意更改。如果是排除式的，比如“除诗歌外，其他文体不限”，考生可写的文体种类就很多，即使写散文、等文学体裁，也可看成是记叙文的扩大和延伸。这几年高考均为“文体不限”或“文体自选”，使得考生在文体选择上有更大的自由。其次是指符合考生自己选定的文体要求。试题不限定文体是给予考生选择的自由，但是考生选定了写议论文就要写得像议论文，选定了写散文就要写得像散文，不要写成“都不像”。每年高考作文的评分标准也把“符合文体要求”“基本符合文体要求”“不符合文体要求”等作为评判作文优劣的重要条件。江苏省高考作文阅卷点对文体要求有进一步的阐述：“文体必须明确。选定文体后，就要按所选定的文体要求去写，如果记叙、描写、抒情、议论、说明什么都有，平均使用笔墨，不伦不类，即使全文能扣题，得分也只能在切入分以下。”

2、把握文体规范。高考写作时要有清晰的“文体感”，即对文章体裁的一种敏锐的感觉，一种具体的印象，一种轮廓的认识。记叙文的目的是要动人以情、示人以范，以叙述和描写为主要表达方式，所以它的文体基本特点是记叙的单纯性、材料的直观性、结构的时空性、语言的形象性。议论文的目的是晓人以理、导人以行，以议论说理为主要表达方式，所以它的文体基本特点是议论的主导性、材料的论证性、结构的逻辑性、语言的概括性、观点的鲜明性。说明文的目的是要授人以知、教人以用，以说明、解释为主要表达方式，所以它的文体基本特点是说明的科学性、材料的知识性、结构的条理性、语言的准确性。

有不少考生对记叙文和议论文这两种基体只是有点感觉，却把握不好分寸。在文章构思阶段，把握住这样一点：要写记叙文，就主要以讲故事来表现思想或感情;要写议论文，就要阐述观点，要用各种论据和对论据的分析来证明自己的观点是正确的。请看下面两段文字：

①我追求坚韧的品格，它让我无畏于征途中的艰难险阻;它让我在一次次挫折之后仍是不屈不挠;它让我的心理在承受一次又一次的打击后却仍能为心的向往而努力奋斗。因为只有在拥有坚韧的品格之后才能具有坚强的心理承受力，而有了坚强的心理承受力之后，我才能去正视失败——从失败中吸取经验教训去争取下一次的成功，而不是在失败后一蹶不振，永远陷于失败的泥淖中再无翻身之地。

显然，段是议论，因为作者是在表达一种观点，尽管这种观点的表达比较粗糙，只是简单地阐述“我”怎么追求坚韧的品格。第二段是记叙，尽管很简单.却是在介绍一个过程。从这儿也可以看出，记叙文一般要有一条时间的线索。有时记叙文中也会有议论成分，但记叙文中应该以记叙为主，记叙文中的议论是为记叙服务的，是为了深化记叙所要表达的思想或强化记叙所要表达的感情，不需要论证。

3、选择文体。

近年来，高考考生利用书信体形式写作文而使自己脱颖而出的例子举不胜举。2002年全国三地(全国卷、卷、上海卷)高考作文中就有许多书信体作文。《谏屈原书》是全国卷中的作文，作者通过书信体的形式直抒胸臆，与战国时代的大诗人屈原展开心灵的交流。作者向屈子进言，为他提供了三种可供选择的方案，借评说古人古事列举了当今中一些令人痛心疾首的现象，直面人生，针砭时弊，反映了作者高人一筹的文化素养和关注人生的洞察力。全文采用书面语体，切合文题，显得雅致隽永。《我的选择，我的爱》也是全国卷中的作文，作者以女儿给妈妈写信的形式，表现出“我”对“”的崇尚和对西部开发的支持。虽然文章内容稍显平淡，但书信体的形式却较好地弥补了这方面的不足，使母女之间的思想交流和情感诉说显得情真意切。书信体作文因其亲切、诚恳、平易的交流方式而在作文园地中拥有了自己的一席之地，成为常见的表达形式之一。

用书信形式写作文，一般应注意以下五个问题：

书信的种类比较多，大致可分为两大类。一类是一般书信，即写给亲戚朋友的书信，如家书、情书等;一类是特殊书信，即具有特殊功能的应用文，如慰问信、感谢信、书等。了解了书信的分类，有助于我们在运用书信体写作文时有充分选择的余地，不至于千篇一律地去雕饰同一个面孔。2002年市高考单独命题，语文试卷的作文题是以“规则”为话题写作文。有位考生采用书信体写了一篇《一封消费者的申诉书》，针对当今语文教学特别是作文教学中的种种“规则”进行了大胆的批判。把文章写成申诉书的形式，就让人觉得耳目一新。

二、掌握书信的基本形式

1、称呼：应在行顶格写，称呼后用冒号，表示下面有话要说或以示尊敬。称谓应遵循长幼有序、礼貌待人的原则，选择得体的称呼。如果是长辈，可以在称呼语之前加上“尊敬的”“亲爱的”等词语，如果是平辈或晚辈，可直呼其名。

2、问候语：称呼下面就是问候语。问候语可写可不写。一般在问候语下一行空两格开始。问候要有针对性。如对老年人问候身体健康，对同学要问候学习，遇到节日要以节日问候。问候语要单独成行，以示礼貌。如“你好”、“近好”、“节日好”等。问候语一般不要紧跟称呼语，即不要写成“小明你好”之类的形式。

3、正文：正文是信函的主体。一般在问候的下一行空两格写。可根据对象和所述内容的不同，灵活地采用不同的文笔和风格。写信时要注意条理清晰，文字简洁。一般根据所需要的事情轻重缓急情况分段。先答复对方提出的问题，再说自己的事。这是书信的主体。正文的书写要条理清楚，内容少的话写一段即可，如果内容多，可分段分条来写。论述事情、表明看法要设置总论点和分论点。

4、结束语：写信人在书信结束时向对方表达致敬或祝福之类的话。注意“此致、顺祝、祝你”等词另起一行空两格写，“敬礼、安康、身体健康”之类的话另起一行顶格写。正文结束后，可在正文之后写些致敬语，也可不写。致敬语一般都成套使用，如“此致敬礼!、”“致礼!”、“恭祝大安!、”“顺祝夏祺!”等等。致敬语要分两行写，前半部分在正文后另起一行空两格写，后半部分再另起一行顶格写，其后应加感叹号。

5、落款：在信文的，写上写信人的姓名。署名应写在敬语后另起一行靠右位置。一般写给或不太熟悉的，要署上全名以示庄重、严肃;如果写给亲朋好友，可只写名而不写姓;署名后面可酌情加启禀词，如对长辈用“奉、拜上”，对同辈用“谨启、上”等。时间另起一行写在署名下面。在致敬语下面另起一行靠右边可直接写上写信人的姓名，也可在名字前加上自己的身份，在身份之后加冒号，与名字构成同位关系，如“好友：××”、“侄儿：××”等。

6.日期。

在名字下面写上×年×月×日。

三、让对象成就风采。

书信体作文选择交流的对Dear ...,象是比较宽泛的，可以是人与人之间，也可以是人与物之间的交流。如以“交流”为话题作文，可写给自己的同学、老师、父母、亲友等，在书信中可以将许多不便当面陈说的心曲通过写信的形式娓娓道来，从而在心与心之间驾起一座沟通的桥梁;还可以写给先贤或当代崇敬的人，叩问，抒写自己对生活的感知，存在的疑惑，甚至有别于先贤们的新的见解，甚至可以是地球人给外星人或外星人给地球人写信。再如《给“标准”的一封信》，更直接与物对话，揭示了“标准”存在的不足，从而完成了对“是丰富多彩的”这一命题的诠释。因交流对象的身份、职业、年龄、时代不同，在措辞、语气上要特别注意得体，且语言要简洁明快，尽量口语化，以取得效果。

四、使形式服务于内容。

书信是一种相当自由灵活的表达载体，它可以自说自话地倾诉(抒情)，也可以侃侃而谈自己的见解(议论)，可以描摹出一幅图景(描写)，还可娓娓讲述一个故事(叙述)。它完全可以根据自己的需要随时调用相应的语言形式，来为自己的内容服务。这就使书信体作文有了相对自由的语言环境，从而达到不同的写作目的。但同时也可能随意识流行文，不顾选材的详略，不顾叙事的条理。从而使形式不能很好地为内容服务。

五、用真诚铸就灵魂。

书信体缺少真诚，就失去了它感人的魅力。真情与挚诚，是支撑书信体作文不朽的灵魂。林觉民的《与妻书》、司马迁的《报任安书》，还有《傅雷家书》等脍炙人口的佳作，无不是用真诚的钢筋铺就了连接平凡与伟大的桥梁。所以，用书信体表情达意，当力避虚饰、矫情的词藻堆砌和漫不经心的敷衍，努力用心声在书信体作文中表达真情实感。如此，才能在特定时间内完成自己在生活舞台上的角色定位。
